“untosh is so intuitive — it does half of the job for me without even thinking”

Teams that run their projects on untosh

A kitchen showroom that runs on untosh every day

Polina, Kitchen designer

No more chasing tasks

“I can't believe how easy untosh is to use and how fast it is. Every CRM I'd used before felt like an expensive compromise that nobody really wanted to use but everyone was forced to. untosh is intuitive and does half of the job for me. When I create a task for someone, I don't need to ask if it's done anymore — untosh notifies me when it's done or overdue, so I don't have to keep everything in my head. And that's just one example.”

Your client buys one kitchen. You manage forty parts.

untosh keeps them connected: one project carries the quote, the signed agreement, vendor orders, the sales paperwork and the delivery sign-off.

Clients won't buy what they can't see

untosh works for you.

  • Usable on day one. If you can use email, you can use untosh. No certification courses, no “CRM administrator” hire.
  • Speaks your language. Quotes, price groups, agreements, deliveries — not “deals,” “pipelines” and “objects.”
  • Works on your phone. Install it on iPhone or Android from the browser — calendar, leads and projects in your pocket on site visits.
  • Nothing falls through the cracks. Quote follow-ups, task and meeting reminders run on their own.

Frequently asked

Everything project teams ask us before joining.

Can I get my $5 back?

Yes. If you change your mind before you start using untosh, just email info@untosh.com and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.

What do I get with the pre-order offer?

You pay $5 once, today. In return you get 50% off your first year on the annual plan ($7.50/user/mo instead of $15) once untosh launches for your company, a spot in the very first onboarding cohort, and a direct line to the founders. The discount is tied to the email you sign up with.

How much will untosh cost?

One plan with every CRM feature: $15/user/mo billed annually, or $19/user/mo billed monthly. With the pre-order, your first year on the annual plan is $7.50/user/mo. The Visualizer is an optional add-on, priced separately.

Who is untosh for?

Kitchen & bath design showrooms, interior designers, cabinetry teams, remodeling studios, and design-build firms — anyone who quotes custom projects from a product catalog and manages them through delivery.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. untosh runs in the browser on any computer, and you can install it on your iPhone or Android home screen — with notifications — straight from the browser. No app store download needed.

Can I import my existing clients and products?

Yes — import leads, clients and your product catalog from CSV, Excel or even PDF. Columns are matched for you, and duplicates can be skipped or updated.

Do you support teams with different roles?

Yes. Admins and managers see everything; salespeople edit their own records and see the rest read-only. You choose which modules each role can use, and job roles like CAD and project manager keep assignments clear.

When will I get access?

We’re planning to launch on December 1, 2026. As a pre-order customer, you’ll receive an email with instructions to access your account when we launch.

What is untosh?

Reversing British slang. In British English, tosh is a slang term that means “nonsense,” “rubbish,” or “pretentious talk”. Adding the prefix un- creates a playful, informal verb or adjective meaning to make sense of something, clear up confusion, or remove the nonsense.
