Untosh Privacy Policy

Boston Team Inc. · Effective date: October 16, 2026

Boston Team Inc. ("Untosh," "we," "us") is responsible for the personal information described in this Policy. It covers the Untosh public website at untosh.com, pre-order form submissions, preorders, payments, and related communications. It explains what we collect, why we use it and how to contact us about your information. It does not replace the separate privacy information and agreements for customer data held in an activated CRM workspace.

1. Information you provide

When you submit an interest or preorder form, we collect your name, company name, work email, business type and the number of sales representatives on your team. We also receive information you include in support requests, refund requests and other correspondence. Please provide business contact details and avoid sending unrelated sensitive information or your customers’ records through preorder forms.

For a paid preorder, we receive payment and reservation records, such as the amount, currency, date, status, transaction reference and contact or billing information returned by Stripe. Stripe collects payment credentials through its checkout. We do not ask you to submit complete card numbers or card security codes to our forms.

2. Website and interaction information

Our website uses visitor and session identifiers, cookies and browser storage to recognize visits and relate website activity to interest forms and checkout. We record pages and sections viewed, clicks, scroll depth, time spent actively viewing the site, FAQ interactions, form and checkout events, screen size and language. Web requests can also disclose an IP address, browser and device information.

We retain referral and campaign information, including the referring website, landing page and campaign parameters, to understand how people find Untosh. Visitor and session identifiers and attribution information may accompany your form submission, linking browsing activity to your business contact details.

3. How we use information

We use this information to record interest, administer reservations and the first-year offer, send confirmations and onboarding invitations, process refunds, respond to requests and prepare onboarding. We also use it to operate and secure the website, detect abuse, troubleshoot checkout, measure visits and conversions, assess campaigns and improve the product and signup process.

Where appropriate and permitted by applicable law, we may send Untosh launch and product communications. You can ask us to stop promotional messages without canceling your reservation. Necessary transaction and service messages may continue. A preorder does not itself consent to marketing text messages.

4. Providers and other disclosures

Information is available to authorized personnel and service providers involved in hosting, storage, website operation, payments, communications and analytics. Stripe receives payment and checkout information. The website loads Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. Tags enabled through it may collect device, usage and event information; the recipients and information depend on the analytics or advertising tools in use.

When a preorder is paid, the buyer’s name, company, work email, business type, team size and traffic source are sent to our team through Telegram, a messaging service, so we can follow up. Information submitted through other forms is handled using the providers supporting that form.

We may disclose information to meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud or protect rights and safety. Information may also be transferred as part of a business transaction, such as a merger or asset sale, subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements.

5. Cookies and your choices

Browser storage supports visitor recognition, session continuity, campaign attribution and checkout-return handling. Website measurement uses both first-party event collection and Google Tag Manager. These technologies may operate when you visit, even if you do not submit a form or complete payment.

You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies and site storage and manage permissions. Doing so may affect site functionality and does not by itself erase information already recorded by us or stop every server-side request. Contact us about privacy choices or previously collected information. This notice does not replace any consent or opt-out rights you have under applicable law. Visiting the site or accepting reservation terms does not waive those rights.

6. Selling and advertising disclosures

We do not sell contact information for money. Depending on the recipients, purposes and applicable law, some advertising or cross-site tracking disclosures can be treated as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising even without payment. Any applicable opt-out rights extend to those disclosures. You may submit an opt-out request using the contact information below.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for the purposes described here, including reservation administration, onboarding, support, resolving disputes and required accounting or legal records. Retention depends on the record type, whether your reservation remains open and applicable obligations. Canceling a reservation does not require us to erase payment records that must be retained by law.

We use reasonable measures to restrict access and protect information. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process data in the United States or other countries where they operate; applicable data protection requirements govern such processing.

8. Requests and privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access or receive a copy of your information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent where relevant, or opt out of certain processing. Send requests to info@untosh.com with the subject "Untosh privacy request" and describe what you want us to do. We may verify your identity or an agent’s authority using information proportionate to the request.

We will respond within applicable legal time limits, explain any lawful reason for declining a request and provide appeal information where required. You may also have a right to complain to the appropriate regulator. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a legally protected privacy right.

9. Children

Untosh preorders are intended for adults acting for businesses. We do not knowingly collect preorder information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

10. Updates and contact

We will identify revisions by updating the effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. An updated privacy notice does not remove reservation or payment rights you previously accepted.
