Untosh Reservation Agreement
This Reservation Agreement governs your preorder for Untosh CRM at untosh.com. Your agreement is with Boston Team Inc. ("Untosh," "we," "us"). A $5 preorder reserves the founding member offer described below. It does not activate a CRM workspace or start subscription billing. You accept this Agreement and the Payment Terms when you expressly agree to them during checkout.
1. Eligibility and company details
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If you preorder for a business, you confirm that you can act for that business. Provide an accurate name, company, work email, business type and requested team information. Keep your email current so we can send your receipt and onboarding invitation.
2. Your founding member offer
A successfully paid preorder secures 50% off the Untosh subscription price for your company’s first twelve months of service, an invitation in the first onboarding cohort, and access to the founders to provide product feedback. The offer includes all Untosh product features offered under the advertised founding member plan, without feature gates. Feedback does not commit us to build a particular feature.
The discount is linked to the email used for your preorder. The twelve-month period starts when Untosh launches for your company and your subscription begins; it does not run while you wait for an invitation. Before you activate, we will disclose the standard price, discounted price, billing interval, any seat-based charges, taxes and renewal terms. The preorder does not fix a currently unannounced base subscription price.
3. Reservation payment and confirmation
The preorder payment is a one-time US $5 founding membership fee processed through Stripe. Your reservation becomes effective when payment succeeds. Submitting the interest form or opening checkout alone does not establish a paid reservation. Keep your payment receipt and use your signup email when contacting us. The fee secures the offer in Section 2; ongoing CRM service requires a separate subscription.
4. Onboarding and product development
We invite preorder customers in signup order within the first onboarding cohort. Your company must complete the onboarding steps we provide before its workspace can be activated. We have not promised a particular launch or onboarding date. Estimates, demonstrations and planned integrations may change as we prepare the product for use.
A reservation does not promise a particular custom workflow, migration result, service level, compatibility, or future roadmap item. These development qualifications do not reduce the express founding member benefits in Section 2. If we cannot honor those benefits, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel for any reason and receive the full $5 back at any time before you start using Untosh. Email info@untosh.com, preferably from your signup address, with your company name and receipt or payment reference. We may request reasonable information to verify the reservation.
For this Agreement, starting to use Untosh means activating and accessing your company’s CRM workspace after accepting the subscription terms. Visiting the public website, reading an invitation, or requesting onboarding information does not end your refund right. Refunding the fee cancels the reservation and its associated founding member benefits. After service begins, the subscription agreement and applicable law govern service cancellations and refunds.
6. Cancellation by Untosh
We may decline or cancel a reservation for fraud, duplicate or unauthorized payments, misuse, or inability to provide the offer or service. If we cancel before activation, we will return the full reservation fee without deducting our processing costs. We will also refund paid reservations if we discontinue the preorder program without providing service.
7. Subscription requires a separate decision
Your $5 payment does not authorize recurring charges or automatic enrollment in a subscription. We will present the subscription agreement, price, billing frequency and payment authorization before service starts. You can decline and request your reservation refund before use. After the first twelve months, any continued subscription follows the renewal price and terms disclosed and accepted for that service.
8. Transfer and misuse
The offer belongs to the reserving business and is tied to its signup email. It may not be sold or transferred to another business without our written agreement. Contact us to correct an email or replace your company’s authorized contact. Do not use automated, fraudulent or misleading submissions or interfere with the website.
9. Responsibility and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that preliminary product descriptions will satisfy every business requirement. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses caused by reliance on an anticipated launch date or uncommitted feature. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer remedies, or removes your express refund and founding member rights. The terms for using the delivered CRM will be set out separately.
10. Disputes and governing law
Contact info@untosh.com with the facts and your requested resolution so we can try to resolve a dispute. Massachusetts law governs this Agreement, without displacing protections that apply mandatorily where you live. Subject to those protections, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts in Massachusetts. This Agreement does not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to an eligible small claims court.
11. Versions and related documents
The version accepted at checkout governs your reservation. Later changes apply to new reservations and do not retroactively remove your benefits or refund rights. This Agreement and the Payment Terms govern the preorder; the Privacy Policy explains personal information handling. Reservation benefits and eligibility are governed by this Agreement; payment processing follows the Payment Terms. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue where legally permissible.
